• Role and Responsibilities

As a Letting Negotiator you'll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our landlords and tenants. Your key responsibilities will include

• 🔑 Customer Service: Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth execution of all scheduled events.
• 🏠 Viewings: Attend property viewings, engage with prospective renters, and close deals to exceed sales targets.
• 💬 Communication: Provide timely and relevant updates to all parties regarding viewings and appointments.
• 🚀 Proactive Engagement: Identify opportunities to increase successful property viewings and conversions.
• 📊 Data Management: Keep accurate records and regularly update our CRM system.
• 🧩 Problem Solving: Quickly resolve any issues that arise during the viewing and leasing process.
