PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Review proposed 3rd-party contracts prior to setup to ensure compliance with policy Review newly-established completion escrows ($0 variance, full-escrow, 3rd-party) and add to maintenance plan Maintain records of all active escrow accounts and archive records of fulfilled accounts Coordinate transfer of funds for GSE-required accounts Communicate with branch offices regarding status of open accounts Engage appraisers for re-inspection to validate completion of escrow items Instruct Accounting to release funds as necessary for draws and completed escrows Manage daily product change task, evaluate for appraisal/final inspection/case number impact, and take appropriate action Manage daily sales price change report/task, evaluate for appraisal/final inspection impact, and take appropriate action (**New Process**) Secondary Activities (backup responsibilities to aid in the coverage of other areas): Assign FHA Case Number and perform maintenance as needed Validate holds-tracking (follow-up) of FHA Case Numbers for underwriting review Assist with appraisal transfers to/from outside lenders Assist with final inspection orders and fulfillment as needed Perform property eligibility reviews to aid project analysts in the setup of new PUD communities SCOPE: Decision Impact: Individual Department Responsibility: None Budgetary Responsibility: No Direct Reports: No REQUIRED EDUCATION Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Related Functional Experience: Minimum 1-3 years mortgage or appraisal related experience. Pay Range - $24/hr to $25/hr depending upon experience. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on the successful completion of defined performance objectives.
