You'll be given the freedom to self-manage a portfolio of residential blocks, acting as the main point of contact for clients and leaseholders.The local portfolio is centred around Coventry, with an office based in Birmingham.As part of their training scheme, this company will fund your TPI (previously IRPM) qualifications which will lead to a salary increase once completed. If you are part or fully qualified in this already, this will be reflected in starting salary.This is a full-time role, Monday–Friday with flexible hybrid working after training.DutiesPrepare and manage service charge budgetsHandle Section 20 consultations for major works and long-term contractsOrganise and attend AGMs, EGMs, and residents' meetings, preparing notices and minutesEnsure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, maintaining accurate risk assessment recordsOversee day-to-day repairs and maintenance, obtaining quotations and instructing contractorsManage insurance renewals and claims for buildings and Directors & Officers coverMonitor arrears and liaise with credit control on recovery of service chargesRespond to leaseholder queries promptly and professionallyMaintain accurate recor
