An established and growing property management company based in North London is seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join their expanding team.This is a full-time role based in modern offices, working Monday–Friday, 9:15am–5:30pm. The role will involve approximately 40% site visits.Key Responsibilities:Managing a portfolio of approximately 150 residential propertiesOverseeing all aspects of property maintenance and repairsLiaising with tenants regarding maintenance issues, rent queries, and ongoing property mattersHandling Universal Credit and housing benefit-related mattersChasing rent arrears and managing rental paymentsCoordinating and managing contractors and engineers for repairs and site visitsMonitoring maintenance works from instruction through to completionConducting regular property inspections and site visitsManaging day-to-day property management administrationSkills & Experience Required:Proven experience in residential property managementStrong knowledge of property maintenance processes and contractor managementExperience handling tenant matters, rent collection, and Universal CreditExcellent organisational and communication skillsConfident IT skills and experience using property management systemsEssential:Full clean UK driving licenceWillingness to travel for site visits (company car provided)If you are a Property Manager seeking a role where you can truly make your mark and be supported in your role, we want to hear from you today Know someone perfect for this role?
