The role covers all aspects of property management, including viewings, renewals, maintenance, compliance, and customer support, while working towards personal and branch targets.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver excellent customer service to landlords, tenants, applicants, and contractorsAnswer calls, manage enquiries and voicemailsRegister applicants and book property viewingsPrepare tenancy renewals and associated documentationManage check-ins, check-outs, inspections, and deposit returnsHandle day-to-day maintenance issues and liaise with landlords on larger worksProcess compliance requirements and deal with utility queriesOnboard and manage contractorsBook rental valuations and action property boardsUpsell relevant products and servicesSupport the wider lettings team and assist with trainingSkills & ExperienceStrong communication and customer service skillsMinimum of 1yrs Property Management ExperienceHigh attention to detail with good numeracy skillsWell organised with the ability to manage a busy workloadReliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as p
