Job Summary:
KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator (Administrative Assistant) who is organized, proactive, and dedicated to long-term career growth. Responsibilities:

Maintenance Coordination

  • Track, manage, and follow up on maintenance service requests.

  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments with vendors and property managers.

  • Provide timely updates and ensure follow-through until task completion.

  • Support the Maintenance Manager by preparing reports and handling escalations.

Administrative Support

  • Assist with documentation, data entry, file organization, and reporting.

  • Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of tasks.

 

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Coordinator within a property management company.

  • Hands-on experience working with property managers, vendors, and tenants.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using digital tools and platforms.

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English and confident in speaking with US-based stakeholders.

  • Ability to understand workflows and contribute to project management processes.

  • Proactive, dependable, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

  • Strong sense of initiative, reliability, and loyalty.

  • Team-oriented with a long-term mindset and a desire to contribute meaningfully over time.

  • Experience with Maintenance IQ (Yardi) or other property management tools is a plus.
