Job Description: Property Finance Administrator Hybrid: 2 to 3 days in the office | Permanent | Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Locations: Leeds, Kirkstall Forge Salary: £26,000 – £30,400 Join Us in Making Health Happen Are you highly organised, confident with financial processes, and passionate about supporting smooth property operations? We’re looking for a proactive Property Finance Administrator to join our property team and help us deliver an exceptional property service across our UK care portfolio. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our financial and administrative processes running accurately and efficiently. What You’ll Do Processing and receipting invoices for service contracts and CAPEX projects. Maintaining live CAPEX trackers to provide accurate and up‑to‑date budget visibility. Raising purchase orders for things such as building fabric works. Identifying and resolving incorrect supplier invoices. Producing financial management reports for the Senior Property Team. Supporting colleagues with the PeopleSoft finance system. Tracking blanket POs and maintaining planned CAPEX project trackers. Creating monthly Power BI reports on repairs, maintenance, and compliance spend. Managing supplier setup requests and vendor management activity. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, with: Previous Finance experience Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise. Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and multitask. Self‑motivation, accountability, and flexibility. Experience with PeopleSoft or similar systems. Good IT capability including Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Benefits Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
