About the role:We're looking for a Property Consultant to join our growing London team and play a key part in connecting UK buyers and investors with high-quality residential opportunities across international and domestic markets.Your main focus will be selling off-plan and completed homes in the UAE; particularly in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other locations such as Egypt and Turkey. These properties offer compelling investment fundamentals: flexible payment structures, preferential early-bird pricing, and strong potential for capital appreciation. You'll be guiding clients through the full buying journey, from initial enquiry and property selection through to reservation, contract signing, and ongoing support.As we bring our first UK developments to market, you'll also be selling our UK projects; whether off-plan or move-in ready, these properties will give you a diverse product range and the chance to work across two dynamic property markets.This is a client-focused, target-driven role where you'll manage the full sales cycle - from initial client enquiry through to contract exchange and beyond. You'll build lasting relationships with buyers and investors, maintain an active pipeline, and work closely with the Head of Sales to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales skills with excellent client service, a hunger to succeed, and an understanding of property investment fundamentals in both UK and international markets.Main duties and responsibilities of this role: Drive sales by proactively identifying and engaging with prospective buyers and investors, converting enquiries into reservations and signed contracts.Present properties to clients, explaining unit specifications, location benefits, payment plans, and investment potential in a clear and compelling way.Guide clients through the buying process
