- Jensten Underwriting is expanding its product team and is seeking a Property & Casualty Product Manager to help maintain and improve the performance of our P&C product portfolio.
- This is a remote role, with travel to our London office required twice a month. You’ll report directly to the Underwriting Director and work closely with Operations, Trading Heads, the Head of Pricing, and other senior stakeholders across the business.
- You’ll be responsible for supporting product changes, analysing performance, and collaborating across teams to ensure our Property & Casualty products remain competitive and differentiated. This role suits someone who’s passionate about insurance, enjoys working with data, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and optimisation of our Property & Casualty product suite
- Analyse product performance to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement
- Support product specification changes and contribute to roadmap delivery
- Collaborate with trading, pricing, and operational teams to ensure changes align with strategy and are effectively implemented
- Assist with testing and sign-off of product changes
- Communicate findings and updates to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and engaging way
- Monitor scheme performance, income, and profitability, ensuring alignment with underwriting criteria
- Contribute to the development of new products and schemes
- Stay informed on competitor activity and market trends to maintain product competitiveness
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal governance standards
- Promote the values of the Jensten Group and deliver positive outcomes for clients and stakeholders
- About you
- You bring experience in Property & Casualty insurance and a strong analytical mindset. You’re confident using Excel and Power BI to interpret data and support product decisions. You’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with others to solve problems and deliver improvements. You’re passionate about insurance and motivated by making a positive impact through product development and collaboration.
