Role OverviewAs a Property Business Development Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners making an enquiry. Your role is to understand their circumstances, qualify their suitability, and position the most appropriate solution-whether that is a direct cash purchase or a managed sales route. This is a high-energy, phone-based role suited to someone who enjoys fast-paced sales, can build rapport quickly, and thrives on converting warm inbound leads. It would be an excellent fit for an estate agency sales negotiator or someone with strong telesales or cold-calling experience.
