We produce high quality content every week for clients in the professional services and consultancy sector including podcasts, short videos, LinkedIn posts, articles, and emails. We are looking for a Quality Assurance Assistant to be the final checkpoint before anything goes live. This role requires an exceptional eye for detail and a genuine commitment to high standards. Your responsibility is to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across every piece of content. You will check spelling, grammar, and punctuation, verify names and job titles, ensure terminology is consistent, listen for audio issues in podcasts, review short videos for any glitches, and confirm that captions and subtitles are accurate. You will be expected to spot the smallest errors and flag them clearly for correction. The goal is for no mistakes to leave our production queue. This is an ongoing freelance role suited to someone who takes pride in precision and enjoys making sure content meets a professional, publication ready standard every time.
