Our teams are fully integrated consisting of Health Visitors, School Nurses, Community Staff nurses, Clinical Support Workers, Community Nursery Nurses and Administrators. Nursery Nurse role: To work with children, young people and their families, using a variety of interventions, to identify needs and to achieve positive outcomes.
