Overview We are seeking a skilled WordPress back-end developer with proven experience in the Bricks theme. The role involves both customization and ongoing oversight of our website, ensuring it remains fast, secure, and easy to maintain. Our requirements span two phases: Phase 1: Product page adjustments and AfterShip integration. Phase 2: Full design implementation from Adobe XD files, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy across desktop and mobile. In addition, the developer will manage and optimize back-end systems, including multi-currency support, integrations with three 3PL providers, and geolocation/caching functionality. Deliverables Product Page Update Implement specified adjustments to the existing product page. Completed within 3 days of bid acceptance. Updates must align with Bricks theme structure and avoid plugin bloat. AfterShip Integration Integrate AfterShip with WooCommerce to manage returns and parcel tracking. Ensure compatibility with our three existing 3PL systems. Completed within 1 week of bid acceptance. Workflow should allow both automated label creation and manual label entry. Thorough testing required before going live. Design Implementation (XD Files) Implement new design from Adobe XD files. Final build must match design with pixel-perfect accuracy. Fully responsive across all devices. Optimized assets and clean CSS/JS for fast loading. Back-End Management Maintain and improve multi-currency support. Ensure seamless integration across multiple 3PL providers. Maintain geolocation and caching systems. Keep the site optimized, fast, and secure, without unnecessary plugin use. Performance & Maintenance Monitor KPIs: uptime (99.9%), minimized error rates (404s/server errors), consistent page load times, and Time to First Byte. Address security vulnerabilities promptly. Keep all plugins updated safely. Documentation Provide clear documentation of all custom code changes, explaining what was changed, why, and how to modify if needed. Use of AI Tools AI is currently used in our web development workflow. We are now looking for a back-end developer to oversee this process, add a personal touch, and ensure quality.
