The Role

To provide project administration support to the Directors and Associates in the delivery of employee relations and people management work for ibex gale’s clients throughout the UK.

Being personable, collaborative, unflappable and a natural relationship builder is important to us. As we deal with highly sensitive and complex work, we need someone who has a meticulous attention to detail and who understands the importance of confidentiality.

Duties

The successful candidate will support our team with operational administration for ongoing projects, including updating and maintaining client records. Responsibilities include managing client files, arranging meetings and interviews, and assisting with documentation collation for investigations and projects.

You will prepare appendices for reports, draft emails, proof-read and format documents, and record data on project management systems. Additionally, you will finalise interview records, arrange client update calls, monitor project costs, and contribute to team morale and the vision for ibex gale. All other related duties as determined by the needs of the business.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required

Knowledge and Experience

Minimum 5 GCSE’s, including English and Maths, 2 x ‘A’ levels or equivalent

Experience in working with confidential and sensitive information

Minimum of two years’ experience working in an office-based role

Excellent IT literacy and word-processing skills with significant experience of working with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Word and Excel

Skills and Abilities

A natural problem solver

The ability to multi-task, to manage time effectively and to prioritise assignments

The ability to deliver client work against a monthly chargeable target

Effective written and oral communication

Personable and collaborative with the ability to work remotely and engage in a virtual team environment

A compassionate and people-centric approach

Meticulous attention to detail, with excellent proof-reading skills

Independent, proactive and flexible

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,570.00-£26,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 37.5 per week
