Full time, fixed term until 31st December 2026 Exciting Opportunity to lead transformative curriculum initiatives across the University Base Salary $156,277 + 17% superannuation About the opportunity As the Project Specialist, Curriculum Quality and Sustainability, you will drive the implementation of the assessment curriculum reform framework as part of the Teaching and Learning initiative. Working closely with Program Managers and academic leaders, you will provide strategic and operational advice to enhance assessment redesign and embed long-term sustainability in curriculum. This role requires deep expertise in curriculum frameworks, academic governance, and institutional systems, and offers the opportunity to influence high-quality learning outcomes across the University. Your key responsibilities will be to: lead comprehensive curriculum assessments and foster a culture of continuous improvement oversee the evolution of academic programs, ensuring alignment with faculty and university goals provide advanced, evidence-based advice on curriculum trends and best practices champion the integration of technology into curriculum design to enhance learning experiences supervise the publication of academic programs and ensure accuracy of materials engage with governance structures to advocate for curriculum consistency and faculty interests develop stakeholder engagement strategies to align expectations and foster collaboration optimise resource utilisation, including financial, people, and technology resources manage staff performance and development, including professional growth and career planning ensure compliance with risk management and workplace health and safety requirements contribute to projects and undertake duties appropriate to the classification level. About you postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience significant experience in course design and evaluation across multiple delivery modes strong knowledge of curriculum design, assessment, and mapping systems in tertiary education proven project management skills with ability to deliver on time and within budget Experience in Managing Staff Performance and development excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with sound judgement familiarity with online educational platforms and learning management systems.
