The successful candidate will oversee integrated project delivery, seamlessly coordinating design development with construction execution while ensuring projects meet stringent quality standards, timelines, and budget parameters. This role will be supported by Heads of Commercial and Delivery departments and may involve providing assistance across multiple projects as needed. Key experience & Responsibilities: Proven experience working as Project Manager to deliver Retail Fit Out projectsThe Project Manager will oversee all aspects of design-build project delivery, serving as the primary client interface and internal coordination hub. Managing design consultants and construction teams through a unified workflow, developing and maintaining integrated project schedules that align design milestones with construction activities, and ensuring seamless communication between all stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Financial management represents a critical component, requiring development and monitoring of comprehensive project budgets, tracking costs against design and construction phases, managing change orders and variations, and ensuring projects deliver within approved financial parameters. Quality assurance and compliance oversight includes implementing quality control procedures across both design and construction phases, ensuring all work meets regulatory requirements and industry standards, conducting regular site inspections and design reviews, and managing the commissioning and handover process to guarantee client satisfaction. <
