• As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of clinical studies at the country level, ensuring compliance, quality, and on-time execution. You’ll lead study teams, coordinate site activities from initiation to closure, and drive operational excellence in collaboration with global stakeholders. Accountabilities

• Lead and coordinate local study teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Manage the full lifecycle of clinical operations, from site identification and activation to monitoring and closure.
• Oversee performance of study sites to meet agreed timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure all activities comply with study protocols, ICH-GCP standards, and local regulatory requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and progress tracking at the country level.
• Promote continuous improvement and strong communication across all operational functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical research (CRA/Sr. CRA or equivalent), including at least 1 year in project or team management.
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to work in a cross-functional and international setting.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed.
• Experience in CAR-T or immunology studies is considered a significant advantage.
