About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use):10 Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams, driving seamless communication and project execution.Lead all phases of project management: definition, planning, tracking, execution, and control, with a focus on transparency and stakeholder alignment.Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients at all organizational levels, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.Facilitate project and executive steering committee meetings to align stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes.Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the Project Management Office, leveraging best practices and lessons learned.Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve escalated issues efficiently and transparently, focusing on root-cause resolution.Provide timely, clear status updates and ensure rapid resolution of project-related matters.Support migration and upgrade projects, including transitions to cloud-hosted environments (e.g., AWS), ensuring robust planning and risk mitigation.
