We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of a factory move, including coordination of specialist contractors and oversight of the full fit-out of a new facility.(Information aligned with job specification.) Key ResponsibilitiesLead project planning for the relocation of production, workshop, and office environments. Supervise the main contractor delivering the detailed design, construction and fit-out works. Coordinate specialist suppliers involved in machinery movement, precision equipment handling, transport and installation. Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting.Engage with senior stakeholders to maintain operational continuity during the transition.Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.Key RequirementsProven experience in factory relocation, plant moves, or industrial facility transition projects. Practical exposure to machinery movement and precision equipment logistics.Confident in supervising contractors and managing multi-disciplinary engineering projects.Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.Ability to deliver to tight project deadlines.
