This role offers excellent progression opportunities, with a clear pathway to senior management or directorship within the next few years.We are seeking a proactive Project / Contracts Manager to deliver commercial office fit-outs valued between £500k–£1m in fast-paced environments.Key Responsibilities:Full project management and contract administration from inception to completionDrive projects on site, ensuring quality, cost, and programme targets are metClient liaison and stakeholder managementPreparing and managing project programmesSupporting pre-construction work and assisting with bids / work-winning opportunitiesManaging subcontractors, procurement, and on-site teamsEnsuring compliance with health, safety, and contractual requirementsCommercial control including cost monitoring, variations, and reportingCandidates with experience in fast-paced fit-out or main contracting environments, particularly D&B office fit-outs, will thrive in this commercially focused, career-advancing role.
