I’m an independent artist, producer, and engineer from Manchester, UK, credited on over 1B+ streams across major UK rap projects. I’m scaling my creative business — focused on SYNC licensing, mixing & mastering clients, and future artist infrastructure (shows, merch, partnerships). I’m looking for a Project Manager / Creative Operations Lead to act as my right hand. You’ll set up business tools and systems (Google Workspace, ClickUp, Sheets, etc.), manage my freelancers, and streamline operations so everything runs like a business focused on growth and revenue. You’ll turn my creative and business ideas into structured execution — managing people, tracking deliverables, and reporting progress. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and organised, with a business-driven mindset and appreciation for music or creative industries. Part-time (10 hrs/week to start) with potential to scale quickly as systems and projects grow.
