Chemin, TDCX’s AI-focused subsidiary, partners with leading global companies to power next-generation AI solutions. In collaboration with a leading fintech client, we are launching a new AI project and inviting native Brazilian Portuguese speakers to join us as a Project Lead.
This fully remote role offers the chance to guide a team on data annotation, oversee operations, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards, directly contributing to the training of Large Language Models (LLMs) for financial solutions.
This is a 3-month contract where you’ll act as the bridge between annotators, Project Managers, and, if needed, the client. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, quality control, and daily operations to ensure project KPIs are met.
To set you up for success, you will be guided by our dedicated Project Managers. Ultimately, your work will directly support the development of highly accurate AI models.
- Own daily operations to ensure the project goals are met in terms of timeline, quality standards, and throughput.
- Monitor project KPIs and flag risks or bottlenecks to Project Managers
- Recruit, onboard, and train Brazilian Portuguese participants.
- Ensure participants have a comprehensive understanding of the tasks and language-specific requirements.
- Conduct thorough quality checks, coach participants to high performance, and build a team to oversee quality control.
- Host Q&A sessions and provide timely support on enquiries.
- Review guidelines regularly, update documentation, and clearly communicate updates to the team.
- Maintain efficiency, reliability, and accountability in a fully remote setup.
- Provide timely updates, feedback, and recommendations to Project Managers.
- Manage project administrative tasks in line with both client and internal standards.
Requirements
- Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker (C1 level or higher) with professional working proficiency in spoken and written English.
- 1-5 years of project management experience.
- Outcome-driven to meet and exceed deliverables.
- A high level of commitment, integrity, and an excellent "can do" working attitude.
- A growth mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to project requirements.
- Efficient time management to deliver consistent output and attention to detail.
- Well-versed with Google Workspace, including spreadsheets.
Bonus points if you have:
- Prior experience in data annotation or LLM evaluation projects.
- Experience with project and people management, project coordination, quality assurance, or training.
- This is a fully remote, 3-month contract position.
- An extension to the contract is based on project needs and satisfactory performance.
- Project timeline: early October 2025 - December 2025
- Able to commit up to full-time working hours for the project duration (this position is not suitable for those with existing full-time commitments).
- Willingness to work in MYT timezone or with overlapping hours, and flexibility to support on weekends where required.
