What You Will Do: - Manage the day-to-day delivery of a £1.5m Post Design Services contracts ensuring all contractual metrics are met. - Oversee the coordination, management, and delivery of various product upgrades, working closely with internal teams and subcontractors. - Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. - Lead internal teams, including manufacturing and quality engineers, to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. - Identify customer requirements, implement them through internal processes, and source the necessary skills to achieve project goals. - Report on project performance through regular reviews, monthly progress updates, and exception reporting as needed. What You Will Bring: - Proven experience in Project Management, with a strong background in Automotive, Aerospace or Defence programmes. - Exceptional leadership skills and a track record of successfully setting up, executing, and delivering complex projects. - Strategic mindset combined with tactical delivery capabilities, ensuring project goals are met efficiently. - Proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent project management tools. - Recent experience and solid understanding of contracting and commercial terms.
