Commercial Services is currently recruiting for the following posts which will have an important part to play in enhancing infrastructure and creating sustainable services for Argyll and Bute:
(1) Project Manager (Rothesay Pavilion) – Project management of the construction activities associated with the final stages (Stage 2b and Stage 2c) of the Grade A Listed Rothesay Pavilion between appointment to post and the programme Practical Completion date of February 2027. Permanent post and handover with retiring postholder until February 2026.
(2)Project Manager (Our Modern Workspace) – Project management of the Council’s office and estate rationalisation programme. The programme aims to review, modernise and reimagine the Council’s building assets to meet the changing requirements of the Council and our communities / partners.
You will require to hold a degree or equivalent in an appropriate discipline, or four years relevant experience.
