Project Manager An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end to end delivery of a new developed digital products and its associated features. This role sits within a regulated, fast-paced environment and requires exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, strong project governance and proven experience delivering software or product based projects using agile methodologies. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams which can include Product, IT, Operations and Senior Leadership to ensure successful, compliant and strategically aligned project delivery. This role has a lot of flexibility, the requirement is to be based onsite 1 day per week in a hybrid model. Key Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle delivery of technical software projects using agile methodologies, collaborating closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and wider business teams.Ensure all project delivery aligns with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational readiness.Maintain detailed project documentation including project plans, RAID logs and action trackers, in line with PMO standards.Proactively manage risks and issues, escalating when necessary to secure timely resolution.Provide clear, tailored communication for diverse stakeholders including senior management and external partners.Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, security and operational standards.Support wider business and PMO initiatives as required, contributing to continuous improvement.Champion best practice across project delivery, embedding lessons learned into future work.
