The EmployerA specialty London Markets insurance business, currently in an ambitious growth phase, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of strategic business and technology change initiatives.The RoleThis role sits at the intersection of operations, technology and finance, with a strong focus on structured delivery, stakeholder engagement and change adoption across the organisation.Key Responsibilities Plan, scope and deliver multiple concurrent business and technology change initiatives using Agile or Waterfall methodologiesMaintain robust project documentation including delivery plans, RAID logs, budgets and governance materialsProvide clear, concise updates to senior stakeholders, steering groups and change forumsManage project budgets, forecasts, spend tracking and third-party engagementAssess change impacts and support effective communication across impacted teamsAct as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholdersCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support training delivery to drive adoption post-go-liveWork closely with teams across finance, underwriting, claims, actuarial and enabling functions to document current-state and future-state processesEnsure business requirements are accurately translated into technical specificationsIdentify, track and manage delivery and operational risks throughout the project lifecycle Experience Required 5+ years’ experience delivering projects in the London Markets Insurance industryStrong end-to-end project delivery capability with high attention to detailProven stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiencesExperience delivering systems implementations and business change initiatives<li
