Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced AV Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of AV and video collaboration projects for major global clients. As an AV Project Manager, you will manage the planning, execution, and successful delivery of AV installations—ranging from meeting room upgrades to enterprise-wide deployments. You'll coordinate with top-end clients, engineers, subcontractors, and EOS internal teams to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Lead the full lifecycle of AV projects, from scope definition and budgeting through execution, testing, and closeout.Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, risk registers, and resource allocations.Conduct site readiness reviews, surveys, and ensure pre-installation requirements are met. Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project delivery.Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather technical requirements and manage expectations.Provide regular project updates through meetings, reports, and status dashboards. <
