A specialist construction and property consultancy is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their London team. This role would suit a Project Manager with proven experience delivering refurbishment and cladding works who is comfortable operating in a client-facing environment. The successful Project Manager will take responsibility for complex, high-risk projects, and this Project Manager will work closely with clients, contractors and consultant teams to ensure safe and compliant delivery. This consultancy has developed a strong reputation for delivering technically challenging refurbishment and external envelope projects across London. Due to an increasing pipeline of cladding remediation and major refurbishment works, they are now looking to appoint a Project Manager with the technical understanding and confidence to lead these schemes from instruction through to completion. The Project Manager Role The appointed Project Manager will be responsible for managing refurbishment and cladding projects on occupied and operational buildings. Projects often involve multiple stakeholders and stringent regulatory requirements, requiring a Project Manager who understands risk, compliance and detailed construction sequencing.
