Responsibilities:

• Lead, coordinate, and deliver projects aligned with the Adult Social Care Improvement Plan

• Oversee implementation of CQC Local Authority Assurance recommendations

• Develop robust project governance, tracking, and evaluation processes

• Engage with senior leaders, partners, and stakeholders across Adult Services and Health

• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement

• Promote innovation, collaboration, and sustainable change within the service
  

To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:

• Proven experience delivering strategic projects or transformation programmes within Adult Social Care or local authority settings

• Strong understanding of CQC Assurance, Care Act 2014, and adult social care frameworks

• Excellent leadership, communication, and partnership skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results at pace

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline
