  • With numerous long-term projects secured, DOF is expanding rapidly. We are looking for more colleagues to join our dynamic team and contribute to our success. We have a lot of exciting projects ahead, including a 3 year (with possible extension) Inspection, Maintenance and Repair (IMR) contract with BP as a client, starting offshore in the North Sea during spring 2026. Additionally, we have have a world wide fleet, offering a chance to explore diverse environments and cultures.
  • As an onshore Project Inspection Coordinator, you are responsible for providing support to inspection projects throughout all stages from planning, mobilization to offshore execution through to final reporting. We are looking for an experienced Inspection Coordinator that is passionate about serving client inspection needs to a high standard. This is a varied role, where you will be expected to attend project mobilizations and demobs as required as well as occasional conferences.
  • You must thoroughly understand work specifications, project requirements and client objectives, being able to clearly communicate these to the offshore teams. Additionally, you should have thorough knowledge of various inspection types, Wood Group NEXUS (both onshore and offshore), NDE equipment and understand how to match client requirements with the appropriate solution.
  • Reporting to the Regional Inspection Lead, the Project Inspection Coordinator will be a key source of technical support offshore, staying abreast of industry developments, equipment, methodology, through occasional attendance of conferences or industry events. You will propose innovative and new methodologies or ways of working that improve the overall inspection deliverable, including tendering, project planning, execution, handover to the client, and management of data.
  • In this role, you will be aware of and responsible for current offshore inspection projects, including personnel, equipment, technical standards, reporting, and data management.
  • Valid CSWIP 3.4u Subsea Inspection Controller certification.
  • Experience with BP FDI methodology and use of NEXUS
  • Previous experience in an onshore Project Inspection role (minimum 2 years) or minimum 4 years experience as an Offshore CSWIP 3.4u Inspection Coordinator responsible for the execution and delivery of ROV inspection projects.
  • Experienced in result QC'ing, data processing, report writing and delivery of final results.
  • ROV/Diver Structural Inspection (Including NDT methods).
  • Prior experience of BP Structural Inspection campaigns is an advantage.
  • Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written to full technical standard.
