We are seeking a Director-level finance professional to lead a structured finance team focused on junior and mezzanine debt in asset-backed projects. This is a high-impact role for a senior professional looking to drive growth, innovation, and deal origination across multiple sectors. Key Responsibilities: Lead the origination, structuring, and execution of deals across Digital Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Power, Energy, Infrastructure, and Real EstateManage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while achieving individual and team budget targetsShape strategy, product development, and new market initiatives to drive revenue growthAct as a senior advisor internally and externally, influencing key stakeholders and client relationshipsOversee credit processes and ensure robust risk management across transactions Your Experience: 7+ years in Project & Infrastructure Finance, with strong experience in junior/mezzanine or subordinated debtProven leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and driving resultsDeep knowledge of credit, structuring, and financial modelingExperience across EMEA and in multiple sectors is highly advantageousSector Experience: Digital Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Power, Energy, Infrastructure, Real Estate This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a senior team in a dynamic, growth-focused environment and lead high-profile, complex transactions.
