Eton Clarke is working with a global financial institution as it looks to scale its structured asset finance business. This newly created role represents a unique opportunity to join a high-performing platform where you will play a pivotal role in shaping origination, execution, and strategic growth. The firm manages a strong balance sheet and offers asset finance solutions across leasing structures, asset-backed lending, and infrastructure project finance (junior & mezzanine debt). The successful candidate will drive new business, execute complex transactions, and influence the sector-wide investment strategy. What You’ll Be Doing: Originate and source transactions across EMEA infrastructure markets.Conduct detailed investment analysis and present findings to investment committees.Lead end-to-end execution: modelling, due diligence, structuring, negotiations, and documentation.Oversee portfolio management activities including performance monitoring, reporting, and approvals.Shape new business initiatives, identifying emerging trends and high-potential subsectors. What We’re Looking For: 7+ years’ experience in infrastructure/project finance or structured debt investing.Expertise in junior/mezzanine debt with a strong understanding of credit processes.A proven ability to lead and close transactions, managing all counterparties effectively.Strong origination skills with existing client networks in the infrastructure space.Commercially driven with the ability to support growth strategy across multiple asset classes.
