Vacancy: Project Coordinator

Location: Nottingham Area

Houry Rate: £13 - £16 Per Hour PAYE

We are recruiting for an experienced Project Coordinator to work with a friendly team based from the Nottingham office. A temporary to permanent contract is on offer for the right candidate. As a Project Coordinator, you will have a solid background within the social housing sector and have knowledge of void schemes and programme works.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide valuable support on a day to day basis with a busy, organised team
• Liaise with the contractors, the commercial team and other departments
• Monitor and manage sub-contractors
• Procurement of project specific orders & materials
• Build supplier relationships and management
• Coordinate project completion documents
• Oversee the project after-sales within the agreed time frames
• Call Handling
• Provide great customer service and communications skills

Benefits

• PAYE - £13 - £16 per hour - D.O.E
• 40 Hours Per Week
• Temporary to Permanent Contract
