This transformation will directly contribute to ST&S’ gross margin and enable the organisation to operate with greater agility, insight, and efficiency. As part of this programme, we are recruiting a Project Change Manager to lead the people-focused elements of change for a major project with impacts across ST&S. This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months+, with the opportunity to shape and embed meaningful, sustainable change across a global organisation. Role Purpose The Project Change Manager ensures that the people side of change — including shifts in processes, systems, technology, roles, and culture — is effectively managed to deliver successful outcomes. The role partners closely with project and programme teams to design and implement structured change management plans that maximise adoption, minimise resistance, and support business readiness. Key Accountabilities Change Strategy & Planning Develop and implement change management strategies aligned to project objectives.Identify key stakeholders, assess change impacts, and define engagement, communication, and training requirements.Ensure strong alignment between project delivery milestones and business readiness activities.
