Project Analyst – Project Finance (FP&A) Location: Samlesbury (Hybrid – 1–2 days on site per week)Rate: £30 per hourContract: 12-month contract The Opportunity Morson are partnering with BAE Systems to recruit a Project Analyst to support the FP&A Project Performance function at their Samlesbury site. The Project Analyst will be part of the FP&A Project Performance job family, delivering ongoing support across Project Finance and the wider Finance function. The role focuses on ensuring projects are delivered effectively and profitably through accurate reporting, forward-looking forecasts and high-quality financial insight. Key Responsibilities Provide end-to-end Project Finance support, owning financial aspects across the full project lifecycle from setup through to close Deliver high-quality financial planning, forecasting and performance insight to support effective decision-making and drive project performance Produce accurate and timely month-end and project reporting, including management reports, contract status and working capital analysis Support budgets, quarterly forecasts and bid activity, working closely with Finance Business Partners and project teams Ensure robust financial controls, governance and compliance, supporting internal and external audits as required Drive continuous improvement, contributing to finance modernisation, digital reporting and data-driven ways of working Knowledge, Skills & Experience Knowledge & Experience: Experience in Project Finance, forecasting and financial
