Full time, fixed term until 31 December 2027 Exciting opportunity to support with newly created scholarships Base Salary $89,755 + 17% superannuation About the opportunity As the Project Administrator, you will be supporting the International Student Recruitment team to administrate newly created scholarships for future international students. In this role you will assist with project management and coordination of projects, setting up databases, sourcing information, attending to scholarships related enquiries, corresponding with project stakeholders and producing a variety of reports. Given the nature of this role, you will be required to work onsite on a full-time basis. About you proven experience in project management and data management with proficient skills in Excel highly organised with strong ability to prioritise and deliver work within tight deadlines well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders expertise around monitoring scholarship budgets the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, can take initiative, exercise sound judgement, and resolve matters that may arise excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, coupled with a general understanding of the project life cycle, project documentation, project standards and methodologies ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
