Commercial Programme Director / Transformation Director - FMCG Carve-Out Inside IR35 | Private Equity-backed | 12-month contract | Hybrid We're supporting a Private Equity-backed FMCG / consumer business created through a recent carve-out from a global PLC. This is a hands-on commercial delivery role, leading a complex separation and stand-up programme in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment. The focus is on execution, pace and business impact - not reporting for reporting's sake. Essential experience (non-negotiable): FMCG, consumer goods or retail background Carve-out, divestment, separation or JV experience Senior programme leadership with clear commercial accountability Experience operating in large PLC and/or PE-owned environments Due to the volume of applications, only candidates who clearly demonstrate the essential experience above will be shortlisted.
