- Description: In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the Office of the CEO and executive leadership team, playing a crucial role in the operational and strategic alignment of the organization. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, streamline governance processes, and facilitate effective communication across various departments. Your analytical mindset will enable you to assess organizational performance and implement data-driven strategies to improve efficiencies. In this multifaceted role, you will engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that Clearwater Analytics remains at the forefront of the FinTech industry. Responsibilities: Act as a strategic advisor to the Office of the CEO and senior leadership on organizational priorities, initiatives, and challenges. Lead the development and implementation of analytical frameworks, governance processes, and program management strategies to drive operational effectiveness. Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of business objectives while fostering a culture of accountability and performance excellence. Conduct thorough analyses of key business metrics, extracting actionable insights that inform decision-making and strategic planning. Oversee special projects that enhance organizational capabilities and efficiency; manage project timelines, resources, and communications effectively. Facilitate cross-departmental meetings and communication to ensure clear understanding of objectives, roles, and responsibilities. Develop and implement best practices and standardized processes for governance and program management across the organization. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, data analytics or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10-12 years of experience in a consulting, analytical, or program management role, ideally in the FinTech industry. Proven track record of managing complex projects and programs with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Strong leadership capabilities with experience in governance process creation and management. Salary Range $144,000.00 - $204,000.00 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
