We are hosting a 30-minute panel discussion as part of Qual360 APAC in Singapore. We are looking for a videographer to come and record this presentation. We want to capture high-quality video and audio of the discussion for use in post-event marketing. Event Details: • Location: Aloft Singapore Novena at Zhongshan Park • Date: 14th October, 2025 • Time: Presentation from 9;45 am - 10:15 am. The videographer is expected to arrive early for setup around 9:15 am. • Duration: Expect approximately 2 hours for setup, filming the presentation, and travel time. Videography Requirements: • Camera: A single-camera setup is required; however, a dual-camera setup is preferred for dynamic coverage as there will be two people on-stage. • Audio: High-quality microphones to clearly capture all dialogue are also required. Deliverables: • A fully edited video of the presentation suitable for YouTube, which will then be shared on social media, our website, and sent directly to clients. • Raw footage to be provided for the creation of short social media snippets by our Digital Marketing Manager.
