Enhance existing propositions to meet evolving client needs and strengthen competitive advantage. Use data and analytics to evidence good client outcomes and underpin regulatory compliance. Partner with marketing and distribution to deliver clear proposition messaging and effective go-to-market plans. Manage third-party product provider relationships to support proposition development and delivery. Provide timely insights and analysis to stakeholders to inform decisions. Maintain robust governance, documentation and approvals across the proposition lifecycle. Monitor performance and iterate propositions using client feedback and management information. Requirements Product or proposition management experience in wealth management or financial planning. Strong understanding of the wealth management industry and competitive landscape. Demonstrable success delivering client-centric propositions and innovation. Strong analytical skills; able to structure and solve complex problems using data. Commercial mindset focused on value for clients and the business. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
