About the role We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused individual to join our Manufacturing team, supporting key production processes in a fast-paced environment. This hands-on role involves operating and monitoring process and frying equipment, carrying out essential tasks such as line changeovers, mixing, flavouring, QA checks, and oil management. You’ll play a vital part in maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety, ensuring compliance with COSHH and Lock Off procedures. With a strong focus on performance, you'll help us meet output, efficiency, and waste reduction targets while accurately completing all required documentation. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, thrives in a team setting, and is passionate about continuous improvement.
