We are looking to recruit a Working Foreman for our workshop and wondered if this is something you could assist with. Background:We operate a small workshop with three full-time staff and one temporary team member. The team would benefit from stronger day-to-day management, alongside hands-on support with the construction of our outdoor furniture (made from recycled plastic). The Foreman will be responsible for ensuring that staff work effectively, safely, and with a fair distribution of tasks.
