Job Title: Production Supervisor Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and manage a small team. The successful candidate will ensure production targets, quality standards, and KPIs are met while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Working Hours 07:30am - 16:30pm Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage a production team of up to 10 staffAllocate daily tasks and assist with production duties when requiredEnsure production orders are completed in line with KPI targetsSet, monitor, and maintain team goals, standards, and performance targetsComplete all required paperwork accurately and on timeMonitor productivity, quality, and efficiency across the shiftEnsure health and safety procedures are followed at all timesLead by example on the shop floor and provide ongoing support to the team Requirements Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar rolePrevious experience managing teams of up to 10 staffStrong understanding of production processes and KPI-driven environmentsAbility to complete paperwork and administrative tasks alongside hands-on dutiesGood leadership, communication, and organisational skillsAbility to motivate and manage team performance Health & Safety Must have own safety boots and hi-visStrong awareness of health and safety standards in a production or manufacturing environment Desirable Skills (Optional) Experience in manufacturing or warehouse-based production environmentsBasic computer skills for reporting and
