Day-to-day of the role: Oversee the delivery of the production programme and complete daily/weekly shift plans.Maintain compliance with internal and customer audit standards.Monitor batch documentation at all stages, complete all required reports, and handle production administration.Support upcoming production planning to meet KPIs and deadlines; record daily KPIs.Attend meetings, participate in projects, and provide daily updates to the Production Manager.Manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) and general manufacturing practices (GMP), ensuring all production activities are compliant.Train and oversee Operatives and Team Leaders, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and maintaining accurate training records.Manage HR-related tasks including absence management, development reviews, recruitment, and disciplinary actions.Maintain high standards of health & safety, hygiene, and quality across the site.
