Take ownership of machine performance, ensuring output meets quality and safety standards. Use your mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve issues methodically. Work independently while contributing positively to a close-knit production team. Support continuous improvement and embrace new skills. Demonstrate flexibility, taking on both setting and operating duties as required. To be considered, you should have: Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with production machinery. A problem-solving mindset and confidence working without constant supervision. Experience with resistance welding or automated welding stations (advantageous, not essential). Exposure to stamp
