The division employs over 8,500 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to UK consumers via major retailers. We're looking for a Production Planner to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. You'll play a key role in driving efficiency, ensuring optimal production schedules, and balancing demand with supply across a 7-day operation. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain efficient short- and medium-term production plans Monitor production performance and adjust schedules to meet targets Identify and resolve planning issues proactively Analyse data to drive continuous improvement in planning processes Support in managing inventory levels to meet demand while reducing waste Lead and manage 3 x Production Planners About You You'll be a highly organised and analytical
