We are the sole supplier of sandwiches, wraps, rolls and sushi for Marks & Spencer. What you'll be doing Carry out QM checks to ensure product quality meets company standards. Perform CCP (Critical Control Point) checks in line with food safety requirements. Build and assemble machinery as required for production. Operate machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures. Work effectively on the production line, including tasks such as: Spreading with a pallet knife Feeding bread Traying up from the line Opening bread for processing Conduct Pre-Start Up Checks for both Health & Safety and Technical compliance before production begins. Accurately fill out all required paperwork for production, technical, and compliance records. What we're looking for Ability to perform machinery setup, operation, and basic maintenance. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality. Capability to carry out technical and quality checks accurately. Good understanding of Heal
