We are looking for someone with a strong background in a hands-on production environment, not just a computer-based one. The best candidates will have:
- Proven experience in a production operative role.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- A strong commitment to teamwork and safety.
- Good problem-solving skills.
