We currently have a vacancy for a Production Operative based at our meat processing plant Celtica, in Cross Hands. Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare and produce mixes in a controlled environment to exact recipes according to daily orders and traceabilityEnsure all prestart checks are completedBe vigilant in checking qualityMaintain a high standard of personal hygiene and Food Hygiene practicesAdherence to Health and Safety practices and standards in line with current legislation ensuring your work area is clutter free and safeFollow and monitor a daily and weekly cleaning scheduleMaintain stock rotation according to correct storage of food productsObserve the correct method and implementation of packaging and labelling What we offer:Full-time contract working Sunday-Thursday 18:00-04:00. (During the 4 week training period you will be required to work Monday-Friday). £35,100.00 per annum25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
