Job Title: Production Operative Location: Ellesmere Port Pay: £13.41 per hour, paid weekly Contract Type: Temp to perm Hours: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm, rotating weeklyKey Production Operative Responsibilities: - Operate machinery and manufacturing equipment proficiently, following established instructions and safety guidelines.- Ensure production meets quality standards. - Adhere to strict health and safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment.- Collect finished product and prepare it for dispatch to the customer.- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations and meet daily targets.- Accurately complete production reports and other necessary documentation.- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support a culture of high-quality performance.
